What we do
Apartment unit turns
Move-out to rent-ready. We staff to your calendar, not ours — if you need forty units by the fifteenth, we bring enough people to finish by the fifteenth.
See turn work →Commercial and janitorial
Recurring custodial for offices, clubhouses, common areas, and institutional buildings. Scheduled routes, one point of contact, inspection-based quality control.
See janitorial work →Carpet cleaning
Truck-mounted hot water extraction. Turn units, common areas, corridors, and full-building work on a turn schedule.

We show up with enough people.
The reason turns slip is almost never the cleaning. It’s that the crew is half the size the job needed. We turned Sawtooth Hall and the Honors College in 16 days against a 21-day window because we brought the crew that math required.
We believe in a team approach.
All the vendors and the property help us create an exceptional finished product. On a turn there are trades working around each other all day — we plan around them instead of waiting on them.
We take the jobs other cleaners won’t bid.
Jules on 3rd took a flood and then a fire during construction. We cleaned 176 apartment unit floors in under two weeks, for a fraction of what replacing them would have cost.
Our crews stay.
Every employee earns a quarterly bonus tied to company profit. Good work is worth money to the person doing it. That’s why the quality holds — the crew that learns your property is the crew that’s still there next season.
We’re not a franchise.
Bob Cleaners is owner-operated. You call and get Alex or a manager — not a ticket number and not a queue. Problems get answered fast, and new work usually gets scheduled on the same call.
How it works once we’re your cleaner
Winning the bid is the easy part. This is what the working relationship looks like.
You schedule online.
Once we’re working together you get online scheduling. Put a turn, a carpet job, or a one-off on the calendar without waiting for a call back, and see what’s already booked.
Our crews run on our own software.
Every job is assigned, tracked, and closed out in an app we built for our own crews. It’s how a forty-unit week stays organized, and it’s why nothing gets marked done that nobody did.
We flag maintenance while we’re in the unit.
Our crews are standing in the unit before your maintenance team has a work order. Anything they find gets sent to you with a photo, while the unit is still empty and open.
You get photos when we finish.
A cleaning sheet with photos lands at the end of every job. You aren’t surprised by the billing, and you have proof the work was done.
About
Alex Martinek started Bob Cleaners in January 2019. It’s grown into a crew that turns roughly 30 communities across the Treasure Valley — apartments, student housing, clubhouses, and commercial buildings from Caldwell to Boise.
We’re registered on SAM.gov and bid federal custodial work.
